PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Compact Mechanical vertical lifter to release undercuts.
Internal mechanical stop to withstand the injection pressure.
The DL version with a 14mm width base and only 38mm ejection stroke releases up to 22mm undercuts.
The DG version with a 26 mm width base, 16mm shaft and only 56mm ejection stroke releases up to 26mm undercuts.
Two ground bushings to align the insert when attached to the slide.
Smooth bronze-guided sliding movement.
Special drafts angles available from -15 to +15 degrees.
KEY FEATURES / ADVANTAGES:
Only vertical rounded holes needed to place lifter into the mold, eliminates the need to machine angled precision holes.
Minimum space required at the ejector plates as it is installed like an ejector pin.
No movement adjustments needed, just machining the insert with the undercut shape in it.
Parting line disassembly of the insert for adjustment and maintenance purposes.
The design of the lifter base eliminates the need of EDM for housings machining.
Customized molding inserts enable wider range of applications.
