PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Hardened spring steel products that allow for the demolding of small double undercuts (ED) and round undercuts (EE).
With a 30mm of travel, the ED can release up to 3mm and the EE up to 2.8mm.
Both are supplied with their own pre-fitted bushing, and the shank allows height adjustments for an easier installation.
These parts have a Balinit C coating to reduce the constant friction and guarantee optimal sliding.
KEY FEATURES / ADVANTAGES:
Simple and quick installation, all machining is done at 90° to the parting line.
The only machining necessary for its installation is a cylindrical housing in the mold plate and an H7 hole in the ejector plates.
These products take up as little space as possible and are time and money savers compared to angled lifters or traditional sliders.
